Winter doldrums has people in the dumps feeling more gloomier than ever. It is a seasonal depression that most people go through because the nights are longer are there is less light during the day. If you find yourself a little sadder than usually you are not alone. Here are some tips to ale that seasonal depression. Stop hitting the snooze button in the morning because oversleeping can lead to tiredness. Try to get at yourself out in the daylight! Absorbing light can help your mood and a greater way to receive vitamin D & E. Eat at the same time everyday! Our bodies are working with our biological clocks and keeping consistency is key.
