3 Better Ways to Start Your Morning

Some mornings we wake up grouchy after a good night rest. So what is the problem? Falling asleep without turn off the thought switch? I have some tips to save some neurotransmitters from frying.

1. Make sure you exercise before you fall asleep whether its cardio workout or a twenty minute walk. Exercise releases tension and your brain releases chemical endorphins which make you feel happy.

2. Eating an orange before breakfast. Oranges are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C which are proven to boost your immunity.

3. Drinking a cold glass of water before breakfast. Doctor's claim that cold water awakens your organs from the inside and give your metabolism a kick start!
