Effective ways to clear your mind

There are days that are too much to handle and sometimes we wish they can be over already! I want to help you feel more relax before starting another busy day. I was reading along on yahoo and came across this article on ways to clear your mind. Honestly, we can all use a mental break to ease our lives. This article has guided me through my worst days and wanted to share this with you. One tip that definitely has helped me is writing down my to do list before falling asleep. My nights are much calmer and my mornings are less hectic.
