Omega-3 Your Best Friend

Another way to keep your skin looking amazing is consuming more Omega-3 fatty acids. I'm not taking about swallowing pills either I'm actually saying to digest these foods as whole foods like salmon or tuna for example is very rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Or even sprinkling flux seeds in our yogurt is a great substitute too. Dr. Levine says, "It helps maintain your body's essential oils." These oils help maintain your skin cells staying refreshed and prevent them from drying out. They are also vital for normal metabolism that were the flux seeds come in. According to the Journal of American Medical Associations claims that Omega-3 fatty acids are associated with reduced the risk of breast cancer. Pecans and seaweed are also a good source.
