Excerise without the Sweat

Sometimes we just don't have the energy to go out for a run or do a cardio class. So we wonder how we can stay fit in our busy lifestyle? I have learned some easy quick tips that I want to pass on to stay fit without trying so hard.

1. Park your car further way than you normally would because that gives you a little longer distance to walk to the store. Plus you'll have no headache trying to find that perfect spot close to the store allowing more time to think about purchases rather than rushing through them.

2. Take the stairs rather than being a bum using the elevator. Climbing the flight of stairs will tone your calves and butt! Climbing those stairs gives you that little kick of cardio you need.

3. If you standing in really long line try squeezing your glutes while your standing in place giving your butt firmness.
