Time To Clean Up





In these time of financial stress and hectic lifestyle how are we not stressing? More importantly, so much stress can take a toll on your personal health. Don't forget to mention that it can start to show in your face! Oh-oh! Let me help you freshen up by using these quick fix me up tips! That way you'll be on a healthier way to a younger cleaner face!






  1. Up your dosing in water intake. Make sure you have at least 8 cups of 8oz every day. That is about 2 liters of water daily! Leslie Buamann the skin guru says H2O allows your skin's enzymes take out those dead skin cells.

  2. Eat a handful of almonds daily. Eating these high in protein nuts will help protect against aging since they contain antioxidants and Vitamin E.

  3. Start wearing SPF! Whether your wearing SPF15 or foundation that contains SPF make sure your wearing it because it protects you from sun damage.


  4. Make sure your exfoliating. People always underestimate the importance of exfoliating. Every night before going to bed make sure you exfoliate your face using a face wash that is oil free and has beads to wash out black heads and dead skin cells from bulid up.
