Easy Cooking
Just like most college students I was trying to juggle work, school and a social life. In my attempt to survive on my own in this new world I started working at the local café to support myself. While working at the café I learned many different life lessons that shaped me into the strong independent person I am today. One of those many lessons was learning how to cook. I became skilled at preparing fresh salads, scrumptious burgers, and mouth-watering crepes. This new trait made my life easier especially when eating out was no longer an option. So instead of burning a hole in your wallet let me teach you how to cook savory crepes at home. Don’t know how to cook? Well, save your tears because this recipe is made for everyone, including you. Let’s start by bringing your cooking materials together and turn into an expert crepe maker. What you’ll need:
1 cup of purpose lour
2 eggs
½ cup of milk
½ cup of water
¼ tsp of salt
2 tsp of melted butter
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/3 of a banana chopped into small pieces
2 medium strawberries chopped into small pieces
Large nonstick pan
Spatula
Large bowl
Whisk
Now that you have gathered all your materials let’s get ready for some easy quick yummy cooking.
1. In the large bowl, whisk together the flour and eggs, little by little add in the milk and water, stirring in to combine all ingredients. Now, add salt and the melted butter; beat until mixture is smooth.
