Just like most college students I was trying to juggle work, school and a social life. In my attempt to survive on my own in this new world I started working at the local café to support myself. Another way to keep your skin looking amazing is consuming more Omega-3 fatty acids. I'm not taking about swallowing pills either I'm actually saying to digest these foods as whole foods like salmon or tuna for example is very rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Or even sprinkling flux seeds in our yogurt is a great substitute too. Dr. Levine says, "It helps maintain your body's essential oils."
